Information we collect

This website does not have user accounts and does not store the details you type into the enquiry form. When you submit the form, your details are placed into a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your own device. They only reach us if you choose to send that message.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you share, such as:

• your name and phone number;
• your delivery address or area;
• the products and quantities you're interested in, and any notes you add.

How we use it

• to respond to your enquiry and process, deliver and support your orders;
• to tell you about product availability, including the flavoured range if you ask to be notified;
• to meet our legal, tax and food-safety obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us deliver orders, or where required by law.

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Third-party services

Ordering happens over WhatsApp, which is operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta under its own privacy policy. Links to Google Maps are subject to Google's privacy policy.

We keep order and enquiry information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by contacting us using the details below.
